Q1:Is there a discount for larger orders of items?

A1:For new customers,There is a small discount ,but when the value of the order is increased,we will provide a larger discount.For previous customers,we are happy to provide a discount for your loyalty.Please enquire.

Q2:If the item i received is difficult from the picture,what do i do ?

A2:The picture only show some of our samples,please confirm the order with a picture before ordering.If you are satisfied,please contact us to satisfy your needs.

Q3:What i received is different size from picture, how can i do?

A3:Mostly,our size is normal,please confirm the size with saler before order. If have yourself idea size please make a deal with us.

If we sent size different with before,please contact with saler soon.We will remark the design,will post correct size to you or send you together with next order.

Q4:The item i received is broken ,what should i do?

A4:Every piece of jewelry is theoroughly inspected before being packed and is carefully packed before we ship it.Please know that once it leaves our factory.We are not in charge of the handing through the shipping service and they may handle the package roughly.We will do our best to label the package appropriately to avoid any damage.Please contact us with picture of the damages and we will help you to resolve this issue.
